Why is there so much hatred because someone in their own life prayed to God. Why do non believers hate so much and are so ugly in their comments? Every message board turns into hatred for; God, Jesus, Bush, Obama or someone or something.

I quit smoking last year after many, many years and decided this year to get in shape. I had already cut calories, after gaining some weight after the smoking. So, now I watch what I eat, if I eat a piece a cake, I do not beat myself up about it, I walk almost daily and look and feel better.

Okay, here is a thought- ration the water anyway- No more lawns watered, car washes only on certain days, etc. No water in the restaurants unless asked for. Live like it is a precious commodity, because it is.

It will look like it has always looked- a third world country that is not capable of governing themselves. Why we are still there is a mystery to me. If they can or will not get off their asses and defend themselves- let them fall.

Upside to hot flashes: Low risk for heart attacks

I started having hot flashes around 41- had a heart attack at 44, am now 52. The hot flashes have tapered off a lot now - but nothing helped really. I did not take hormones, i thought that would be prolonging the agony.
